![]() If your Tarnished Seal flashes red, Grisha is likely about to do its head slam attack, so back away and prepare to punish after the second slam. If you have a weapon skill ready, such as the Hallowed Sword’s Mechanical Spike, that will instantly stagger Grisha giving you a chance to land some massive damage. I recommend dashing through them, then laying into Grisha with a muilti-hit combo to try and get a stagger. ![]() It uses the same two or three arm swing combos as the previous Grisha, which are easily dodged or parried. Harden to block, then move into melee range and wait out an attack. This Grisha now has a new gap closing tackle attack, which it will use to open the fight. If you remember fighting the previous Grisha this fight is about 50% the same, with a few small differences. Before dropping down into his area check the left and right halls where you will find a Scripture of Defiance and Rotten Food. Look through the doorway and you will see the bos waiting in the distance. We didn’t miss anything, so take the left, kill the creature waiting at the end of the hall, then grab the Weltcap behind it. The path splits here, with the boss room on the left and the other half of the Abandoned Chamber on the right. Loot the Quenching Acid from the chest behind it (return to the Anvil to upgrade if needed), then take the path down deeper into the crypt. Approach with a jumping attack to catch it off guard, then combo into a stagger for an easy kill. Thankfully it’s attacks are heavily telegraphed and therefore easy to harden through. ![]() This enemy lies in wait until you approach, then flails wildly with its claws. Take out the undead in your way, then focus on the creature waiting in the corner. Kill the undead looking down off the cliff and loot the Large Bolt he is guarding, then turn around and take the other exit out of the room. Return to the previous room and go straight ahead through the left exit, leading you to another small room with two more grapplers and an undead. Find a Tarspore behind the coffin to the right, then immediately enter the crawl space on the right side of the room and grab the Martyr’s Blade upgrade, Petrified Winterglass. Two grapplers are waiting on the right to ambush you, and an undead is in the corner. Hold harden to counter all of its attacks.Īt the end of this short hallway you will arrive in a larger open room with multiple exits. At low health the zombie will rips its head off and throw it at you, then die in a poisonous cloud. I recommend approaching with a running jump attack, then lead into a combo to try and stagger. At range the zombie will throw its swords at you, and up close it will lash out with overhead sword swings. If you see your Tarnished Seal flash red harden to block both of those attacks.Īs you move into the next room you will encounter a new enemy time, an undead with swords sticking from its body. At close range these enemies will poison you with fast jabs, or they will leap on you from afar with a drop kick or multi-hit command grab. In the first room you will encounter two of those demonic grappler enemies, with a Spectral Token in the corner. Once you are ready, progress into the temple. This is probably the easiest temple in the game, but the bosses can be troublesome so i recommend tackling them with the highest upgraded weapon possible. If you have any Quenching Acid to use there is an Anvil you can use to upgrade your weapon. You can also learn how to unlock the locked chests in Mortal Shell to collect upgradable items and easily defeat bosses such as Hadern.Upon entering the Abandoned Chamber run ahead and awaken the Sester to set your revive point, then head into the next room and loot the Weltcap in the corner, and use the book to battle Hadern and get the Martyr’s Blade if you haven’t already done so. You now know how to fast travel in Mortal Shell. This will take you to a screen that will show all the available locations that you come across and where you can fast travel. Under the abilities option select fast travel. To fast travel, interact with Sester Genessa and select abilities on the options screen. Once you have the Mask, you can fast travel to any Sester Genessa location that you have come across during your playthrough. Fog enemies have a greater frequency of dropping Glimpses. If you don’t have enough Glimpses, you can go out to hunt some enemies and collect the required amount. In order to be able to fast travel in Mortal Shell, you will have to purchase the Ornate Mask from Sester Genessa. Once you have a Shell that is upgraded fully, Sester Genessa will add more items for sale. This means you will have to spend Tars and Glimpses to purchase various items from Sester Genessa and upgrade any shell. To fast travel in Mortal Shell, you will first have to upgrade a shell to its maximum potential.
